Coronavirus (Covid-19) Service Update
Following the announcements made by the United Kingdom Government(s) over the weekend and bearing in mind our key industry status we have taken the decision to not fully close our office network but will now operate our offices with a skeleton staff limiting staff numbers to just two people in each office from 24th March 2020. The safety of our colleagues, their families, the vulnerable and the general public has been at the forefront of this decision and we strongly feel we are all morally and socially responsible at these difficult times. Rest assured we are still here to serve your needs and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions/queries you have.
To aid us in managing your expectations we are asking all of our clients to email any questions or queries in the first instance as our main office numbers are being closed, however, direct telephone numbers are being diverted to mobile phones and contact information for all of our members of staff can be found under the relevant office page.
As well as our office presence, all staff have the required IT and phone infrastructure to work remotely from their homes and to maintain the service we promised.
In addition, you can find contact information for insurers claims departments under "Our Services/Claims", we do still request that you contact us with details of any newly reported claims so we can update our systems and manage your interests accordingly.
We would like to remind those business’ choosing, or have been requested, to close their premises that whilst their insurance remains in force, and so do the terms and conditions of the policy, e.g. unoccupancy conditions, alarm conditions, waste removal conditions, maintenance conditions. If you have specific questions or concerns about closing premises or your terms and conditions, please contact your usual Circle contact. If in any doubt please check with us. We are working on a FAQ document which will hopefully answer most of your most pressing questions.
